great summary. i am in the field most of each month with providers and administrators, i think the exhaustion is evident in any meeting whether its ACCESS, RHTF, Cures Act, transparency rules, etc. and investors are checking out too, interest in change even if beneficial is very low, maybe close to non-existent with the groups I work with day to day.
